O.D Shyllon, is a brilliant Legal practitioner with several involvements in resolution ( both through alternative dispute resolution and litigation) of major commercial disputes in Nigeria. He graduated from the Ogun State university where he obtained his L.L.B and also attended the Nigerian Law School; Abuja, where he obtained his B.L Certificate. 

He is the Founder and Principal Partner of the firm SOD SOLICITORS registered in July, 2013. He started his practice of law with Professor Abiodun Adesanya (SAN). a senior Advocate of Nigeria and also member of the inner temple in England, where he was exposed to intricate legal issue and also has the opportunity to work on highly sensitive and delicate matters for both local and international clients. 

Olaolu is our transaction expert as he has engaged in numerous commercial transactions and serve as Company Secretary for top notch establishment both local and international. he has also facilitated and closed multi million Naira worth of commercial transactions and also engaged in corporate restructuring. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association  and member of institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administration of Nigeria.

His areas of practice include but not limited to General litigation, Family law, property Law, Labour law, Oil and gad law, Banking, corporate and Taxation law.  

 Adewale, is a bright and tenacious lawyer with a flair for  innovative ideas. He attended Lagos State University,where he obtained  his L.L.B after which he went on to the Nigerian Law School and passed  his Bar Finals. 

He also has a Masters of Law in Commercial and Corporate Law from Osgoode Hall law School of York university, Canada. He is a Seasoned litigator having successfully handled matters both at the trial and Appellate Court.

Adewale is exposed to both Domestic and international laws and is wealth of experience is an asset to the Law Firm."

Kehinde, graduated from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, he has shown so much commitment to work and adhere to the ethics of the profession. 

Kehinde was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2017 and has since joined the firm. He is an astute Legal Practitioner who understands the law and its applicability. 

He has the ability to distilled legal issues and proffer reasonable solutions,he has represented Clients in various Court in Nigeria. A regular face at the High Court. He is a good researcher and has exhibited his thoroughness into preparing court process

Area of practice: Company law, Criminal Law, post incorporation matters, Matrimonial causes, debt recovery.

Boluwatito holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Ekiti State University. a Seasoned and chartered Mediator ( ICMC) with certification in mediation and ADR from the institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators "

Prior to joining SOD SOLICITORS, Boluwatito worked at the Ministry of Justice Asaba, Delata State.

She has represented Clients at both the trial Court and Appellate Courts.

 Boluwatito  has considerable experience advising clients on the establishment of  businesses; including foreign investment in Nigeria, operation of  businesses and compliance obligations across various sectors in Nigeria.  She also provides corporate governance advice to clients in connection  with local and international transactions, and maintains the company  secretarial portfolio for numerous clients.

Bright, graduated from Ebonyi State University with a Second Class upper Division before proceeding to the Nigerian Law School to obtain is B.L.

He has exhibited great advocacy skills right from University, where he was awarded the most outstanding at Ebonyi State University 

He started his law practice with the Firm of  J-K Gadzama before joining SOD SOLICITORS and he has exhibited great  potentials with his advocacy skills. He has represented Client at both  Magistrate, High Court and Appellate Courts.

 Bright  has a vast understanding in client advisory on various aspects of law,  including but not limited to Intellectual property law, Patent law,  Tenancy Law and Employment and Labour law.

Chiamaka, is an Associate in the Firm, she holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Calabar, Cross River State. Chiamaka is a Legal practitioner with special interest in  Corporate Commercial Practice as well as Technology Law. She is a highly motivated and goal driven individual, keen on self development which enables her to proffer innovative solutions to problems. Her practice areas cover but not limited to Litigation both civil and criminal, intellectual property law, corporate commercial law, regulatory compliance, energy law, Maritime law and property law

Boluwatife, graduated from the Olabisi Onabanjo University and proceeded to the Nigerian Law School, where she enrolled for the one[1]year vocational training to be a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. She is a team Player and possess an expertise in Property law, insolvency law, Commercial Law, Intellectual property, amongst other areas. Boluwatife has considerable experience advising clients on the establishment of businesses; including foreign investment in Nigeria, operation of businesses and compliance obligations across various sectors in Nigeria.

Eze, graduated from the Ebonyi State University, He has shown so much commitment to work and adhere to the ethics of the profession, Eze was called as a lawyer to the Supreme Court of Nigeria and has since joined the firm. He is an astute legal practitioner with an unparalleled bias for Litigation and who understand the law and its applicability. He has the ability to distilled legal issues and proffer reasonable solution.
